What are my career options as I am not interested in conventional Masters? I am on the verge of getting a graduated in agricultural science.

You can join food industry, agricultural industry and also, appear for civil service exam. Agricultural graduates have lots of opportunities in government as well as in private sector, keep looking for the advertisement.
