What are my career prospects after I pursue MBA from Germany or Holland? I have a work experience of 4.5 years.

I am targeting the 2017 intake. I need to know about the entrance exams as I will have to prepare for the same. What are the chances that I will get a good job there or in some other part of the world or may be in India?
