Hi, Unfortunately you don't qualify to be a doctor yet especially in a country like Canada a Diploma+MBA is nowhere close to becoming a doctor unless you start from the scratch and earn higher qualification in your specialized field. You must also clear the licensing exams.

You are not eligible for the doctor position because you don't have enough qualification to be a doctor. Still you need to learn and study high education in your specialized programme. Do some more courses and take training from a reputed hospital or institutes.
