I'm from general cat. with 75% in X, 68% in XII (science), 1st Bachelors (2010-13), (B.Sc in biotech)- 54.4%, 2nd Bachelors (2019-2022), (BBA +Biz Analytics) & assuming a target of 80+; both degrees in fulltime & will have a total 6-years by 2022, what CAT score will I need to get a call from IIM-L?

IIM-Lucknow cut-off is around 97 percentile and if you are an OBC category student then you can get a call at 94 percentile also.
Now, what are your chances? It depends on your preparation for CAT. If you are preparing daily and in the right way then you have 100% chance as you have 7 or more months before the exam which is plenty. Prepare properly for GD/PI and get into one of the IIMs.
