What are my chances for admission in MS telecom management or MIS? Which university should I choose according to my profile?

Am I too late for the Fall 2017 intake? I scored 296 marks in GRE, 80 in TOEFL and 6.13 CGPA in graduation. I want to get admission in SIT, NJIT, SJSU, SDSU, UTA, NU, UTD, BSU, WIU or NYIT.
