What are my chances for admission with 305 score in GRE and 1 year experience in IT sector? My profile-10th- 81%, 12th-91%, BE-75%.

You have a pretty good score in GRE, Congratulations first of all on that! Moreover, you have a pretty decent overall profile.
You should definitely apply next year as there are high chances you will be called for WAT/PI rounds after which selection for admission depends upon your perform
