What are my chances for GD/PI call with 97.75 Feb(2014)-MAT percentile? I have 4.5 years of experience as Mechanical Engineer.

You have very good work experience Tushar. I would suggest that you should apply for PGPM (one year) program instead of PGDM.
To answer your question, with your work ex you are eligible to apply with 97%ile in MAT.
