    Not in CAP rounds. You can get admission through ILS rounds which happens after CAP 1 or CAP 2. ILS rounds are done by college and are purely merit based seats. Every private college has some seats known as institute level seats (12 seats-24 seats) and the admissions are done by the college itself.
