What are my chances? I got 81.25 percentile in MAT with a composite score of 638 ,X-59% ,XII-55%, Graduation 54%.

Yes, you are eligible to apply. Selection is mainly based on the entrance test scores GD-PI performance. Minimum eligible percentile in MAT is 60.
