What are my chances in Concordia University and Victoria University for MS in CSE?

My profile: 10th-75%, 12th-79%, BE-77% and have 2 years of work exp.

Hi, It is difficult to rate since MS programs are really selective, also it depends if you are applying to a research based or coursework based MS. 77% is alright but may not be enough. Apply with a strong application, solid LORs, projects, publications etc. will be considered. Good Luck with it.
