What are my chances in good universities in germany. Btech in Telecomm engg. 69.3%

from VIT, Vellore.I finished my btech in 6 years due to arrears and other personal problems. Now i am considering studying Masters in germany. What are my chances of getting admission in a good university? My area of interest are Information technology , Technology management, and similar courses.
