What are my chances in NIT Durgapur with the below scores?

I got 135 in Mains & 94% in ISC. Dom: West Bengal. GN Category. Can I get into NIT Durgapur? I know that I dont make the cutoff. But I checked out last year's Opening and Closing Ranks. And it seems that I may make it under Home State Quota.
