What are my chances in NIT?

I got 114 mark in jee main and 80%in 12th.

    If you are from C.B.S.E. then you are not eligible for nit as its cut-off would be >80% therefore it doesn't make any sense if you do coaching also, but if you are from any other board having cut-off <80% you may get some college but not so good branch so you should opt for coaching

    You have low marks in JEE mains. NIT cut off's are very high. It would be difficult for you to secure a seat in NIT if you are of general category. But don't lose hope. You can get some other good colleges apart from NIT.
    Otherwise, you can drop this year and start preparing for next year. You can take take coaching from some well reputed institutes.
