What are my chances of admission as I am oms candidate with All India merit -1578 and maximum percentile -94.78 and CET- 89 percentile?

As you are oms student your both score will be considered for All-India quota and last year cutoff for this quota was 99.09 percentile. Looking at this scenario it is difficult for you to get this college.
