What are my chances of converting call with 91 percentile in CAT being a fresher?

If trying for MMS, then its NIL.
if trying for PGDM, chances are good, but depends on overall profile.
Anyway, Welingkar is known for pushing PGDM & sidelining MMS. -
Depends on your GDPI and other factors too. -
Once, you get shortlisted for GD-PI process, prepare your best for GD PI rounds. As performance in those rounds matters a lot during admissions. Be positive.
