What are my chances of converting the call? My CAT percentile-85.62, 86%-10th,12th-63%, B.Tech(CS) 36 months of work exp in IT sector.

Looking at your CAT percentile & exp , u have fair chances of getting a call; Last year cut-off was around 75 per in CAT. So I would advise you to prepare well for GD & be thorough with your entire profile since u carry a good amount of experience with you.
