What are my chances of getting a call for HR with 80 percentile in MAT? I'll also appear for CMAT.

You will get shortlisted for the GD/PI for sure. The final selection will depend on your GD/PI performance. Just to be on safer side score as much as possible in CMAT and also will recommend giving CET. The overall placements comes to about Rs 6.7 lakhs. Good luck.

Decent chances. Do apply. Average placement is about Rs 6-6.5 lakhs per annum.

Congratulations on your results. You have very strong chances for getting a call from SIESCOMS for GD-PI. You can wait for CMAT also but you will definitely get a call through your MAT scores.
