What are my chances of getting a call for PGDM at Welingkar? I have a 90.40 percentile in Sept CMAT.

There is no cut off as such for admission or short listing at welingkar as they look at various aspects of the candidate including performance in GD/PI as well.
You have a fair chance at getting a call for PGDM .
