It depends upon your profile as well as how you performed in GDPI. On the Basis of evaluation and the courses that you have applied for, you will be selected accordingly. If you have applied for various courses, then wait for the lists as there will be many.

You have high chances of getting a call from Welingkar as they consider an overall score of your GD-PI, your past academic records and also your extra curricular activities. So being a fresher or having a work experience doesn't really count it all depends on how much knowledge you have and your overall scores.
