Under All India quota last year, cut-off was merit score of 99.98 which is assigned by DTE and admissions takes place based on this merit score. So, right now its difficult to tell about your chances.

At 70% in CAT, its tough to get into PUMBA. If you can please appear for MH-CET as well, you can find the details regarding the entrance exam on the following website: www.dtemaharashtra.gov.in -
The cut-off was 99.98 which is assigned by DTE and admissions takes place based on this merit score. So, you better need to re- appear MH-CET to get admission in PUMBA.
