What are my chances of getting a good government college?
I am from general category and have scored 80.95 percentile in 12th.

You have obtained a percentile of above 80 in the January schedule of JEE Mains conducted by National testing agency. I feel with this percentile it would be a bit tough for you to get admission in NIT but with this I am sure you will get admission in some governments Engineering College definitely.
