What are my chances of getting a student visa for Masters in CSE in USA, Canada, Australia or any other country? Which option is best?

My profile - GRE : 306 Q: 151 V: 155, IELTS: 7.5 bands, B.Tech: 60% (Completed in 6 years instead of 5 with 25 backlogs, my biggest drawback) , 12th - 70%, 10th 76.6%. I got so many backlogs because I pursued boxing in my earlier years of college.
