What are my chances of getting a 'visa for Canada under no SSP list for the course M.Sc in electrical and computer engineering?
My scores: 10th- 77.53%, DIploma in EXTC- 66.73% and B.E.-58.30%

To increase your chances you must take the english proficiency test TOEFL or IELTS with 6.5 score. The qualification otherwise looks good.
