You have 100% chances of getting into Sinhgad Institute of your choice.
But through CAP round you might have to wait for the 2nd list to gain the caste quota benefit (if applicable) or you could just walk in at the Sinhgad headquarter - Sinhgad Erandwane and reserve your seat through direct admission.
