What are my chances of getting admission in a good B-School?
My profile: CAT - 52 percentile, B.Tech EEE- 77, +2- 85, 10th 89.

You will get admission in b schools but since you use the word good before b school my answer is No. Sorry to say this but there is no chance. As your academic scores are good, don't lose hope and try to get more than 85% in CAT next time, you will get good b school then.
