What are my chances of getting admission in a good college for mass communication and journalism?
I have got 40% in graduation.

Getting admission in good colleges with 40% is a very difficult task, as the minimum percentage institutes or colleges require is 50% in HSC. You can still try for private institutes in your city/state.
