You can apply for the same checking the cut off but I think your admission will be finalized only after the submission of clear result before the start of classes or you can take provisional admission in a lower degree and when your clear result is declared you can be transferred to the higher degre

Hi Sachin, Yes, you can fill OMR form even if you have compartment in class XII. You will get admission only if you fulfill the minimum eligibility condition/meeting cut off list of that course/college during stipulated period. All the very best for your future.
