What are my chances of getting admission in Germany for pursuing Masters?
My graduation is in mechanical engineering with 3.1 CGPA and my IELTS score is 6.5. and I wish to get admit for MS in Automobile engineering or product design and production engineering

You have good chances to make it to tier 2 colleges for MS.

Can you tell me if which are those colleges? But I have not learned to German language. Will it make a problem for admission?
