What are my chances of getting admission in government engineering college?

I passed out std. 12th with 70% and got 54 in jee. being of open caste it seems difficult to get admission in govt. college for desired stream. so i want to sit for improvement of std. 12th. please tell me about the process and also tell me if i can change the college?

Your percentage is good but your marks in JEE are quite less. Now i think you need to choose some top private places which provide admission without JEE marks as there is no chance to get into any government college because they take admission purely on the JEE score. Check admission in PSG, Lovely
