What are my chances of getting admission in masters degree program in NTU and NUS?

I wish to pursue Masters degree in Electronics and Communication engineering. I have 93% marks in 10th, 90% in 12th. I have done B.E in ECE with a first class. I have a GRE score of 306. I have work experience of 1.5 years.
