What are my chances of getting admission in MIT or Harvard?

I have got marks in class 9th and 10th but in 11th I have got 50% marks. I have scored80-90% marks in class 12th. I have got above 90 in TOEFL and exceeded the SAT score criteria.

Probability of getting admission in MIT or Harvard based on your current and fore casted performance is low.
