What are my chances of getting admission in NIBM, NL Dalmia and DSM, Delhi?
I have got 78 percentile in CAT and 95 percentile in MAT.

N L Dalmia is a good choice with the given CAT score, NIBM looks good with MAT score. DSM might have higher cutoffs.
