What are my chances of getting admission in NIT?
My board exam mark is 1157/1200,cut off 196,i have scored 45 in JEE main exams.my AIR is 6744 AND CR IS 4293 ,MAY I KNOW MY CHANCES OF GETTING NIT?

Your rank does not support you much but you can take admission on the basis of XIIth score also. Check some good colleges for academic schemes of benefits: LPU, PES, JNTU etc
