What are my chances of getting admission in NIT?

There are a few chances that u can get admission in the top NIT's on the basis of ur score. But there is no guarantee of getting a good college. U should keep an eye on the counseling schedule and also try to get admission in some of the best colleges/institutes providing quality education, best placements, health facilities, etc moreover on the basis of ur 12 th standard exam u can also get scholarship and best placements.

Hi Jay, First of all your rank is too low even in category rank list. If by any chance you get some NIT then you will not get good branch and also you wont be able to get good NIT colleges. OBC rank 60,000 is very poor and what i would suggest you to look for good private universities, where you may get good branch like Mech, Elec etc. and try to perform better in your graduation course. Otherwise you may consider dropping a year if you are confident enough to perform good in your next attempt. But drop this year only if you are confident and will work hard next time, otherwise opt for some good branches in good private universities. Hope this help :).
