No, You cannot get admssion in a NIT. According to last year allotment last admission around your rank at a NIT was at NIT Rourkela in 5 year integrated course in Life Sciences, that too in an extra spot round. And, allotment these rounds is entirely luck based. But, you can get admission in GFTIs.
