What are my chances of getting admission in this college? I have scored 83 in NATA,165 in JEE paper 2 & score above 60% in class 12th.

They even consider 70 marks in NATA for Anna University counselling and I'm sure about it. -
Sorry, but your rank is too high at 165 marks in JEE paper 2.
300+ marks is considered for admission in B.Arch for NITs
And, 90+ is considered in NATA for admission through NATA.
So, you should try for any private college.
