What are my chances of getting admission in top universities of Canada for M.Eng(ece)? I have 74% in B.Tech, 321 in GRE and 7 band in IELTS.

I have scored 8.4 cgpa in 10th and 77.5% in 12th. Is it enough to get admission in university of british columbia,university of toronto or university of waterloo?
