What are my chances of getting conditional admission in University of British Columbia?

I got 95% in class 10th, 76% in class 11th, 7.5 in IELTS & expecting 85-92% in 12th. Along with it, I have a good extra-curricular record which include 4 NGO and UN certificates, badminton competition participation, interact club & student counselor (president of cleanliness duties).
