What are my chances of getting CSE, IT or ECE in COEP or VJTI?

I belong to general category. I have scored 91.31 percentile in MH-CET and 90.30 percentile in JEE Mains. Should I go as an all India candidate or a Maharashtra candidate. In which of the two ways I have a higher probability to get the college and stream written above.
