You have a very good chance of getting into top IIMs. You will need to do good in CAT. Typical cutoff for CAT percentile go as high as 99.5 percentile. Just ensure that you get there and you will have no problem getting into top IIMs.

If you score above 97+ in CAT exam, then no one can stop you to go there.

Yes, you can but you have to score around 90-99.9 percentile in CAT in order to get an IIM.
