With a score of 53.26 percentile in JEE Main, your chances of getting into a National Institute of Technology (NIT) are very low, especially for general or OBC categories. NITs generally have high cutoffs, with the lowest being in the 70-85 percentile range for SC/ST and around 97-99.5+ for General
