What are my chances of getting into top 20 schools in Canada for MBA if I have a history of 7 backlogs during undergrad?

I have a CGPA 7.3 out of 10 during my undergrad. My percentage is 69%. I am planning to apply after 3 years of work experience. I didn't give my GMAT/GRE yet.

Every university has an admission decision review board separately, they will scrutinize every application individually. So, we can't say for sure that you could get an admission if you had some x number of backlogs and cleared them. Your admission decision also depends upon your SOP, LOR's, technic
