What are my chances of getting into top 5 IIMs at 97percentile? 10th-89%, 12th-82%, graduation MBBS (66%).

MBBS with 66% is a decent score which is well understood by Medicos only. Your other academics look decent. Rest stay assured, if you have a good CAT exam but still as I said the marks in MBBS are not understood by non-medicos must be taken into concern.

It is tough. There is only 20%-30% chances that you'll get call from IIM with this screen, as competition is very tough.
