What are my chances of getting Mechanical at IIT Dhanbad with an AIR of 1500 in JEE Advanced?

(Hons.) in Mechanical Engineering, the General AI category candidates must have secured a minimum cutoff rank of <strong>9875</strong>. For the General AI female candidates, the minimum JEE Advanced rank to get Mechanical Engineering was <strong>19099</strong>. For the OBC AI category, the cutoff rank for Mechanical closed at <strong>7762</strong>.&nbsp;</p><p>Therefore, a General AI candidate or an OBC AI candidate can secure a seat in Mechanical Engineering with the cutoff rank of 1500. However, the Cutoff rank to secure the course would depend on the category and gender as well.&nbsp;</p>
