What are my chances of getting VIPS or Maharaja Agresen as my CET rank is 1548 in BJMC?

For VIPS, there are no chances. Maharaja agrasen is still in your reach.

But as compared to previous year's cut-off, this year's cut-off is much less. So, I am thinking whether I would be able to get into Maharaja Agrasen or not.
