What are my chances of getting VIPS second shift or Maharaja Agrasen college? My BJMC rank at IP University is 1923.

Hey Abhishek, Thanks for the questions. 1923 is a good rank but you wouldn't be able to get into VIPS or Maharaja Agarsen with that rank, however you get still get into colleges like Tecnia, Trinity etc or wait for the spot counseling round.

You might get admission in VIPS but just keep a track of the lists and admission procedure. Maharaja, you will get for sure.

The chances of very low, as these colleges are filled as soon as the second round of counselling opens. You might get into Trinity or Madhubala for second shift.
