For PGDM courses, there will be a GDPI round where they will evaluate you on the basis on your work ex if any, previous academic record, entrance exam score and your performance in GDPI itself. You will be selected for a course on the basis of these factors. So it basically depends all of these fact

You stand a chance of getting a call from Welingkar as they consider an overall score of GDPI, academics and your percentile. Also, you have work experience which is an added advantage. You stand a fair chance of getting a call and then it would entirely depend on you as to how you convert it.

Welingkar does not consider your work experience & extracurricular activities. But, this will definitely help you for final executive placement.
