What are my chances of visa acceptance in Canada with subjects like maths, economics in arts stream?

Visa is not subject dependent except your English language proficiency in IELTS/ TOEFL. It also depends on how you communicate, your purpose of study/job and ensure that you are not going to stay illegally. For jobs, you may check the skill shortage list for 2017.
