What are my chances to get a good placement? I have scored in class 10th: 85%, 12th: 74% and graduation: 76% and I am a fresher.

For the placement there are lot of factors that influence selection, namely, domain knowledge, general awareness, work ethics, skill sets, communication skills, performance in the 2 years of MBA etc. So in the 2 years you have to work on all these factors to get a good placement. -
I suggest you joined MBA or M.com -
Once you get into the college, you'll be given ample opportunities to prove yourself. Don't stress too much about your lack of work experience, you can make up for it by scoring good grades, participating in the various college competitions, good internships, and as many certification courses as you can. You might be asked questions about your gap during your interviews (both for college admission, as well as for placements), but if you're prepared well, that won't be an issue. You have a good score in your CMAT you should try for PGDM core. Work experience is not a necessary criteria if you have it you can speak about your achievements in workplace. Placements depend on your hard work and dedication with self learning. Fees are fine, you can expect an average of 7.5-8 Lacs p.a.
