Honestly CAT score is of no importance after getting admission in the college but as you have a 2 year experience that might help you in getting placement. -

Getting any job depends on a lot of factors. As I see you are already well experienced in terms of work, it will definitely give you an edge over others. You can get into the BTech courses offered by IIT (ISM) Dhanbad through JEE Mains. However, JEE Mains isn't enough. One must clear JEE Advanced to get into any of the IITs. The same applies to the IIT Dhanbad admissions as well. To summarise:
